Robert is an avid biker and snowboarder. He speaks Japanese (poorly), graduated from culinary school, and is the human for a black lab named Franny.

Nick has been writing custom software for 25 years. He has built software for a variety of industries including medtech, agtech, and fintech. He takes an agile approach, focused on delivering pragmatic results.
Nick has three cats, is an avid biker and runner, and travels around the country rock climbing.
Carrie Ek
Founding Partner
Carrie has been in marketing, creative, digital and sales for 25 years. Carrie's varied experience includes digital and design agencies, creative studios, staffing, and corporate marketing.
Carrie is married with two kids, Elizabeth and Anna. She spends as much time as possible boating on Lake Minnetonka with her family.
Elle Yesnes

Elle has been immersed in design for over 15 years. She’s collaborated on all types of teams and industries with projects varying from power sports apps to financial ai software, all while always advocating for users.
Elle likes to struggle through video games, garden, play frisbee and spend time with her wife and golden retriever, Goose.
Tristan Bridges
Engineer
Tristan approaches technical challenges with an analytical lens, blending his research background and programming passion to craft software solutions that bridge technology and solve novel problems.
A creative coder, he experiments with JavaScript-driven art installations and enjoys merging digital tools with analog equipment in his spare time.
Franny
Dog
Franny is only six years old, but she’s already a pro at fetch, napping, and greeting her co-workers. While she may lack product development skills, she more than makes up for it with her boundless enthusiasm for office life.
She lives in downtown Minneapolis with a roommate. She likes hanging out at the dog park with her friends and smelling things on the street.
