Software Engineer

We work across industries (though we have a knack for medtech and IoT) and aren’t tied to any one tech stack. While we lean on JavaScript, TypeScript, Ruby, and Java – using frameworks like Next.js, NestJS, React Native, Spring, Rails, and React – we’re tech-agnostic. We believe in using the right tools for the job – we’re craftspeople, not implementers.
The Role
We’re looking for a Software Engineer to join our crew. Not a senior dev — just someone who’s already solid in some of the technologies we use and hungry to keep learning. You’ll work side by side with designers and strategists, contributing throughout the entire process to build apps that are as smart as they are beautiful.

• A curious mind - someone who’s excited to learn and grow.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a love for collaboration.
• Comfortable with a hybrid setup—most of us are in the downtown Minneapolis office 2-3 days a week.
